Telangana Feb 15 Holiday:.The government of Telangana has taken a crucial decision by declaring a holiday on the birth anniversary of Sant Sewalal Maharaj, the idol of the Banjaras. February 15 has been declared as an optional holiday. Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy has promised that his statue will be installed in the capital Hyderabad by the next birth anniversary.
He said that his government is committed to the development of all communities in Telangana, especially the Congress government will take special measures for the development of tribals. Former MLC Ramul Naik asked the government to install the statue of Sewalal Maharaj on the tank bund, Komati Reddy responded.
