Minister of Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Shri Dharmendra Pradhan will inaugurate the ‘World Book Fair 2024’ at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on February 10, 2024. This edition of the book fair is spread over 50,000 sq meters and is set to be the biggest book fair with more than 1000 publishers from India and abroad. 

Multilingual India (Bahubhashi Bharat)–a living tradition is what the 51st edition of the World Book Fair 2024 brings to the table. About 400+ stalls will be set up by Publishers of Indian languages like Asamiya, Bangla, Gujarati, Hindi, Maithili, Marathi, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, and Urdu. In accordance with a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) inked amid Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud’s visitation to India, a delegation including 25 Saudi members would showcase Saudi literature, language, culture, and legacy at the occasion.
