Under this, the government will provide special training of 3 months to 10,000 youths holding diplomas and degrees in engineering. This initiative of the government will provide new opportunities for self-employment for the youth.Manohar Lal, while addressing a press conference here today, said that the Haryana government will prepare skilled contractors by providing technical training to bring quality to infrastructure-related construction works in the state.

In half the training period, these youths will be taught tasks related to engineering, such as preparing layout plans, understanding and implementing detailed drawings, technical calculations, and maintaining quality. In the remaining half of the training period, they will be sent to various departments for practical training at civil works sites, said the Chief Minister.School Education Minister, Kanwar Pal also remained present on this occasion.

Eligibility Criteria for Thekedar Saksham Yuva Scheme Portal
- The applicant has to be a native of the State of Haryana to benefit from the scheme.
- The applicant is also required to be registered in the employment exchange.
- It is mandatory for an applicant to pass the level of post-graduation.
- Only applicants between the age of 21 and 35 are eligible to apply for the plan.
- The annual income of the applicant’s family has to be less than three lakhs.

Step 3: Select, ‘Proceed with Registration’ after going through the instructions and guidelines.
Step 4: You will be redirected to a five-page form. Fill out the form and click on save.
Step 5: You are now registered under the scheme.
Step 6: In 15 days of online registration, you will need to submit all of the documents.
